unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths 2 queen beds, 2 full beds (one is a trundle in the master bedroom which can function as twin or full/queen. There is also a large sectional couch that is comfortable and can sleep another person (or 2 if kids). It is NOT a sofa-bed. But you can see it in the pictures. Master bed has new Tempurpedic mattress. Unit was painted in July, 2024, and has new vinyl wood floors throughout.
condo is on ground floor of a gated property, with fully equipped kitchen (including spices, and basic condiments) Full sized refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. Has a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and a disposal. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods supplied. All paper products, towels, and linens supplied.
